Dr. Carlos Chaban M.D.
Dr. Carlos Chaban has been serving Central Florida as a General Pediatrician
in Adolescent Medicine for over twenty years. Dr. Chaban completed his residency
in pediatrics at Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow, New York. He then
relocated to the University of Florida and did a fellowship in Pediatric
Infectious Disease and Immunology, where he received recognition for outstanding services.
Dr. Chaban founded Hunt Club Pediatric Associates in 1999 and has staff privileges at most
Central Florida Hospitals. Dr. Chaban is married and has two children. In his spare time,
he enjoys being with his family, traveling and playing golf.
Rachel Zakhary A.R.N.P, C.P.N.P
Rachel Zakhary is a nurse practitioner board certified in pediatric
primary care who joined Hunt Club Pediatrics in 2006. She is originally
from Ohio and was trained at Vanderbilt University in Tennessee, where she
earned her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in pediatrics. Rachel
is passionate about partnering with parents in order to provide the
best care for their children. Besides practicing primary care, Rachel
enjoys being outdoors, traveling, teaching Sunday school, and spending
time with her husband and son.
